Any one else tried to do this!

There doesn’t seem to be a way with any existing converter / ripper apps but…..
There is an option in sonic stage (a sony app used to convert digital music into .omg the gay sony format) (yuk) to record an ‘mp3 cd’ from your music collection.
To do this the sw must convert the atrac files to mp3 in order to build an iso9660 cd image, and likewise with wav to build a normal cd audio disk. I cant imagine is resamples every time you want an audio disk that would b v cpu heavy…
If you have a viao type cdr then this isn’t a problem you can record cda and mp3-cd from sonic stage but only if you have a sony cdr
I aim to:
Make ‘mp3 cd’s’ and deice the sw at time of encoding to extract the parts needed to build a true omg to mp3 converter program….
Any feedback on then point in general would be appreciated!
(I in no way affiliate all of this awful sony software. Damn them for their tunnelled solution to make mp3 more proprietary)
(You can hack sonic stage out of any of the larger update files 4 sonic stage wich can be dled from....
