Sending the entire COMPLETED form via cgi

Hello all you CGI experts!

Just wondering if it is at all possible to send the entire HTML form completed via a CGI script?

I currently use Matt's Script Archive Milform but all it sends is text, and the higher upps want something more 'pretty'

is there a quick fix for this? or will i have to use something like php or asp?
