Outdoors ATI ALL-IN-WONDER PRO 9000 CHANNEL SCAN

Hi everybody! I just got my new ATI ALL-IN-WONDER PRO 9000 and I installed it correctly. All drivers and softwares are ok but when I try to run the TV application to watch television on my pc monitor, I get the channel scan windows. I must select my region and check for cable or antenna, but the problem is that there is no choices in the Select Region case. I can't choose anything and I can't click on next to go to the other step. I tried to check Antenna, or use the Extensive scan but the problem is the same. I got the same problem with my ATI-TV-WONDER. This last card was working well on Windows 98 but when I decided to switch to Windows XP Pro, I had no choices in the Select Region case. My brother has a ALL-IN-WONDER under Windows XP Pro and it works fine.. How could I solve my problem? Any help would be appreciated... Sorry for my bad english level!
See the Attached file for a best idea of the problem.

Mathieu

You may want to contact support at ATi for this one if no one else has an idea.

You have 30 days free 1800 telephone support and unlimited E-mail support.

ATI is quite good with their support. Fast replies.
