Kids Dual booting RH9 and XP on RAID 0

Can this be done? I've never used RAID before but I'd like to start using it since my mobo has it, A7N8X deluxe. I'd like to dual boot RH9 and XP pro(gaming only) using a RAID 0 configuration. Will this work? BTW I'm going to be using a ata to sata converter this one to be exact http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimage....999-111-04.JPG

SATA support is still a bit new to Linux. I don't think you can get it to work with RAID systems yet.

(Although I've been wrong before )

I know RH 9 does recognize SATA and there is a SATA driver for the A7N8X deluxe SATA RAID chipset. But then again, is it possible to dual boot using a RAID 0(stripping) setup, to be exact I want to dual boot RH9 and XP pro? Is this possible ? Also, is it possible using the devices above?
