As many as ive issued I get about a 5% response if im lucky
Hotmail/Yahoo/AOL?/others dont show the requested infobox---makes little sense not to respond since you click yes or no to pass thru the nag box either way...

Im finding alot of people dont scrutinize their "bulkmailbox/spammailbox etc" where alot of regular mail ends up and gets dumped not viewed....

It's a bother anyway. They got the mail or you would get a return.
