kazza prob

hey, i haev a prob with kazza (the file sharing program).

i been trying to d/l the counter strike 1.6. and i have a dial up connection and its slow. around only 5 kb a sec. and when i started d/l it, i reached 200 mb and its 388 mb.

i accidently canceled it and it started again. the second time i was at 100mb, and i accidently did it again. not it happened again at 80 mb.

is there any was to fix it, if i accidently pressed cancel. or is there any other good program to use to fix it.

The best way to fix it is to not cancel it silly!

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "fix it". I use Kazza Lite all the time and have no probs downloading stuff. But then I'm on cable too.

probably people downloading the same thing, so the original bytes got disturb somehow.

resuming the downloads is the only way you can fix it. what version kazaa are you running? recent versions might help you on that.

nah its me, i keep pressing cancel instead of pause. it pisses me off. i am using v. 2.5. i mean is there any onther program as good or better that kazza.

OIC. No not really. Most all ptp proggies work about the same.

there is. you could use morpheus, godzilla...but i still recommend you stick with kazaa. im sure yours are fine, just a little interference during connection only.
i've tried kazaa lite, but now im using kazaa 2.5 and it worked well.
what do u normally download for?

i think its me. i wish that when u cancel sumthing, theres a warning if u really want to.

i was d/l a game 388 mb
but when mp3's no prob. cause they r only around 4-5 mb

but games and apps really piss me off. especially when u d/l a game and at the end it is sumthing else.

but yeah, i was more that half way finished when i accidently pressed cancel
