The "UK0E02" error usually indicates a bad drive, but doesn't give any specifics to what has actually gone wrong. I don't know anyone that has been able to 'fix' a UK0E02 error without replacing the drive.
However, I would like you to try:
(1) resetting or loading your BIOS defaults
(2) Updating your computer/motherboard's BIOS (if you feel comfortable doing so)
(3) Ensuring the physical connections to the hard drive are not loose or disconnected
(4) Removing all other drives, and try booting from it all by itself
