Add Folders to XP Start Menu

I'm sure this a simple thing to do but I'd like to add a few custom folders to my XP Start Menu. It would be really nice to have a shortcut to my "My Pictures" and "My Videos" folders right below the "My Music" folder shortcut. See the attached picture to get an idea of what my current Start Menu looks like.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Scott

Why don't I have that option?

Thanks Martoch for the info. Your answer gave me enough info to get me trying things. I'm not sure why checking the box I did in the illustration attached fix it since I'm not using the classic start menu but I did get the option to add "My Pictures" back to the Start Menu.

What are my chances of being able to add a shortcut to a folder of my own creation (the "My Videos" folder) without using a third party program like Windows Blinds?

DOH! I just releaized that my attachment has the wrong thing circled. I should have circled "Show My Pictures on Classic Start Menu".

(hey - check the time stamp - it's late. And I'm hungry. And... )
