Got a budget, need some ideas

Ok, so a friend of mine has had her PC here for well over 6 months. Ive tried to replace the AT motherboard but the one I bought for it was DOA. She's giving me $100 to spend on fixing it. I have an ATX case, the CD-RW, DVD, 2 HD's (not sure of size), sound, NIC, and enough sdram for a new PC. The only thing I need is a decent CPU/board, and power supply to finish it. Im not wanting a power monster, but then again Id like to get her up and going again soon. The power supply is optional, as I can use one that I have here, but Id like to find a decent one for it. What can you find me for $100?

What type form factor are you in the market for?
such as socket type?
AT as in socket 7?
Also are you looking for a cpu to go alond with another motherboard?

Ah yeah, I should've been more specific on that. Im thinking possibly Celeron/PIII, or a Duron. Standard ATX is what Im looking for, supporting SDram, and it should have an AGP slot. Im not worried about onboard sound/video (although Id prefer not to have them).

The ECS Ks5a pro is a widely used board, that has combination Dimm slots, so you can upgrade (replace) the SDram with DDR later.
Fry's B&M has them bundled this weekend with an Anthlon 2400. OEM, for 90 bucks. Might check Outpost.com, the online site.

I built one system for a barebones with it, worked pretty good, tops out at 266 FSB without aftermarket BIOS.

Twiztedtruckie is the Ks5a man around here. built over a hundred of them with that board.

Ok, no offense to the Frys/Outpost customers, but that site is the worst site ever to navigate. It might be because I dont go there that often, or because it actually is, but I couldnt find the board/CPU combo there (if it was there at all). I did however find that board, and a 2100 for roughly the same price, less shipping.
