xp help and support

where can i find xp help and support,its on the menu but i cannot access it.the hard drive attempts to locate it but nothing happens.have i unknowingly deleted it ? and if so how can i get it back ?.

to reinstall help and support, try the following :


go to C:\WINDOWS\inf

find the file pchealth.inf, rightclick, choose 'install'

it will ask for your windows xp disk

i dont have xp disk as it came pre installled on machine,is there any other way?.

Try using c:\windows\i386 as the path it prompts you for when it asks for the CD, while you follow bettabuy's steps ^.
