I sense imminent 1.10... or hopefully I do
Look on www.battle.net, there is a little rust storm running around the screen and a news post warning of impending equipment failure for those who choose to obtain their gear by ahem, alternative, means. (For those of you who aren't familiar with the rust storm- it's a server technology that is supposedly to go into effect with 1.10, which will be able to detect and delete illegitamate items)
Also, the single player beta has been taken down- which means they must be releasing the real 1.10 soon lest the company headquarters gets overrun by a horde of angry diabloii players who can't download the beta patch.

It will be good to see how this new technology is implemented and how it will affect items..... Let see.... I will be good to be back with 1.10...

sheesh, its about time, wasnt it something like last may it was supposed to be out? well as long as the wait is nearly over, ill be happy. Ive yet to see/use anything in 1.1 as i never bothered to dl the beta, i dont really like or have the time for single player mode, so ive saved up the whole 1.1 experience for multiplayer, and it will all be new to me. whee!

Come to think about it, this is basicaly another expansion in a way.
Some people consider that this patch is suppose to be LOD.
Either way this is Blizzards last patch for DII, so I guess they want to make it as perfect as the can, and you have to respect that sort of comitment.

It's the biggest patch of them ever, however it's not really a expansion.
LoD gave you more then this patch for sure, but it's a damn nice patch.

ok 1.10 is finally out. i hope there wont be anymore 1.11s...
i have in mind, Bliz may have start their D3 project after D2 LOD is free from any bugs and add-ons 
btw, 1.10 patch, for me its a great patch. i give it a fair 8/10. game got a lot harder than before
