Winfast TV2000XP Deluxe API?

First let's start this off simple before over-complicating it. Am I missing something, or is there a way to select the FM signal as a Windows-recognizable audio input on the Winfast TV2000XP Deluxe?

I suspect no, so I'll continue. Is there any sort of API for this particular device, or can it be manipulated (FM tuning, on/off, etc) using some sort of "universal calls" to the WDM driver set? If so, how?

The vision is to have the audio feed of FM tuner be streamed by Windows Media Server (so I can listen to my local stations wherever I am) through the net. Of course, I would need a web interface to tune the device, presumably using some sort of server-side script called on the same system as the FM tuner.

Any ideas?
