possible infected file?

On the rare occasion i've noticed filenames displayed in blue text while using Windows Explorer, has anyone heard of this? Or of another color? Could it be the file is infected and Norton isn't picking up on it?

Check out the screenshot.

Blue is the default color for showing compressed files/folders.
Last access should be irrelevant.
