Can't connect to one specific site

My gf's PC can't connect to www.muonline.com. The message is "www.muonline.com could not be found. please check the name and try again" Now she can go any other website she've tried fine. Just this site. If she enters the IP address of the site then you can connect to the front page. Problem is she can't really browse around since it's not resolving the name if she clicks on a link. I'm thinking it can't be the DNS since she can go to any other site without problem. I asked her to make an entry in the hosts file, but that didn't work. She's using WinXP with Verizon DSL with a router. No computer on her network can get to that site. Any ideas?

You may need to use a proxy server to get there.

She doesn't know much about computers, so that's not really an option. I've told her to use my DNS server address since we both have Verizon, it's still the same thing. Anyone else? What's the possible cause for this?

Ok, direct connection to the modem didn't work either.

Delete the "Hosts" file, then reboot.

Path: X:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
