Cause of dizziness after few minutes of gaming

Wondering why some of FPS game makes me really dizzy or sleepy or cause eye strain after just few minutes of gaming, while some don't unless for long play (hour(s)).

example:
Dizzy:
- Unreal Tournament 2003 (not badly)
- Halflife (moderate)
- Mace griffin Bounty Hunter (very)
- and more please add

No Dizzy:
- Halo
- Return to Castle Wolfenstein
- and more please add

Do you eat Chinese food before playing?

(do you know what your monitors 'refresh rate' is set to?)

Do you hold your breath too much when you play?

IS there any history of male pattern baldness in your family?

Go and see an MD. There are cases of people having seizures caused by the moving, flashing lights and figures in a video game.

Well... This is sound rediculus but for your information "I personally play with pc games since windows 3.11".
My refresh rate keep it at 85 for both desktop and force 3d applications (games) to 85 by display adaptor.
To me I had just completed Halo and beginning to play it at higher difficulty on second round. But for Bounty Hunter I can't play it for too long, really cause me dizziness and feeling like vomiting.
As I know for gaming, some of the game do cause me dizziness and I really hate that.

Btw. I'm a chinese and eat chinese food for living.

The way I understand the question. This person isn't asking if any
one else has a similar problem, but is asking for medical advise. Not intended as a flame or thread crap, but this is the last place to go.

Guess not the room temp problem..
Think it's the game design, somehow like movement or ....?? I don't know.
