New Final Fantasy movie

I just happened across this video and I'm so glad I did. Apparently Sqaure Enix has been in production of another Final Fantasy CG movie. the catch, though, is the movie is Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. The Movie is set two years after the story line of FFVII.

I have the FFX-2 and the new 7 min intro movie to FFII. I saw this d/l and I skipped it. I recommend you get the official 7 min intro video to the FFII. Its kick butt!!!!

Clear some things up. There was a Final Fantasy movie a few years back that had a totally original story line, completely autonomous from anyhting else. It was called Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within.
The trailer that I am talking about and have linked to is a movie set two years after the events of the game FFVII. Same characters, some new ones, continued/new story.

I hope that cleared things up for you Washe and anyone else who was confused.


On separate note: Upyourz, the 7min. trailer you are talking about. Is it a trailer for the game FF X-II, or a longer trailer for the FFVII movie?? if it's for the movie may I ask for a link please.

I don't know why we talking about the movie here I was talking about the game Final Fantasy Online that comes out in 6 days. They have the intro movie to the game online where you can download it. If you want a link just reply. Also I got that video above...not bad

To clear up more confusion the online Final Fantasy is FFXI, not FFII. FFII was a decent Finaly Fantasy game way back when it was more about the challange then stroy and flashy graphics. Now FF games are stroy and flashy graphics first, challange second. I guess that is what the majority of the people want, and I have to say that I do enjoy getting deep into the story line, and being bedazeld by the big flashy grapics and FMVs that make you go into seziures

But I do like some challange in there none the less.
