Kids WinXP MultiLanguage

Hi, I heard you can change the interface language of win XP...
I downloaded the language pach from Microsoft Site, but couldn't understand how to install it..
can u please help?

AFAIK those language packs only serve to display other than english characters in IE ?

but if you want to change the whole XP interface :

install the multilingual user interface which you'll find in : windows/servicepackfiles/i386

the file is called muisetup.exe

note : this only works when SP1 is installed

no, it's for the whole interface, but it's for developers, so it requieres "windows embedded studio" which I can't get either...
but yes, I want to change the whole interface to language other than english... is your solution is for my probles than??
