Pagemaker 7.0 Question

How do I instert a picture, the right way and what format should it be in?

I have tried to use "File | Place" and insert a .jpg, .tif, and .psd file format but when I go to enlarge the picture it get very pixalated (sp). The picture is like 800x600 or bigger, but when I try to enlarge it to even a 1/4 of the page it looks like crap. Is there something special that I am supposed to do when saving the picture file?

It's been a while since I've used PageMaker, but if I remember right, I believe the program only places a preview of the actual image in the file space, and if you resize the preview, it doesn't resample it. When you output the image, PageMaker picks up the actual image link and everything looks fine.

Yeah, what ^^^ said; that's what the links feature does, you can check the links to the files you insert. Are you viewing the document in draft view? If no, what happens when you print the document?
ps, smurfy, check your pm's plz
