Nosfer is on a distinguished road
Sound & Video same IRQ
My Soundblaster 5.1 Live! and GeForce FX5600 share the same IRQ number, 19.

While I was playing Unreal Tournament I got a blue screen with the text "IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

IS it a problem that they share the IRQ, and if so, how can I modify it ?

NO this is how it is supposed to work, IRQ sharing is by design

the issue is probably related to ram, drivers, or a program incompatiblity

try running a test on your ram and looking for the latest vid/audio drivers
