Ti4800 or 9600Pro?

Boring subject, basic question.

I have the 4800Ti and a 9600Pro 128mb.

Barton 2800+, 512 (in dual channel) etc etc..

The loser gets put into a 2400+XP
Gaming:

MOHAA (plus expansions), and that sort of thing...

I have a 19" monitor, and so gaming at 1280 or 1600 is a possibility...

Suggestions?

hmmm....

I think I would go with the 9600 pro... I don't really know much about the Ti4800 cards though.
The 9600 pro is more future-friendly.

I am ALSO trying to decide between the two for a friend's build.

IMO:

9600 Pro is probably used by god when he plays games !!! Its a great card, and with the ability to go farther and faster than its original design too...(9600 Pro all the way, but only if you cant get a 9800 pro)

I agree with most that you should probably choose the 9600Pro over the Ti4800. Both are excellent video cards but the Radeon is in my opinion better.

By the way, what are you going to do with the Ti4800? Send it to me! I would be more than happy to keep it
