Netscape mail won't allow me to receive anything...

I have Netscape 7.1 and I have three E mail accouts on it. Mine, "chuckiechan@netscape.net" is not receiving mail. When I try to send to myself from chuckiechan to chuckiechan, I get the message, (basically) unable to process your request, message #11. Anyone else sending to me get the message that I am not receiving mail from them!

Any ideas? I have reloaded Netscape, no change.

I just got an e-mail from Netscape yesterday that said all free accounts would be cancelled if not used in a 30 day period. Did they by chance cancel yours already??

Ckeck that your cookies are enabled, is the only other thing I can think of.

Idea: See If you can send mail to that account from another, non-Netscape, account.

I'll give that a try...I may end up spending 9.95 for their e-mail tech support.

I use my address all the time, so it's not cancelled. It's a problem on their end, I'm sure. I try a send from somewhere else.

Might want to remove or alter your actual email address in your original post Chuckie... lest the web spiders seek it out, record it, then share it, and it gets tons of spam.
