I host several sites with them. Their prices are fantastic and trouble tickets are answered within minutes. (they actually have a support staff, not just 1 kid living at home with his parents)
One caveat, you are expected to know your stuff there. They will not hold your hand and tell you how to set up your site, configure scripts, etc. They do have a forum with many helpful members though.
