How to get Win2K Admin Password

Im using an win2k pro computer in a network.
Off course i do not have admin rights, so i can only download progs, but not install them. But of course you can't
Is there a way to find out the admin-password? so i can have full access?
You are coming here to ask how to do something that is unethical and illegal? tisk tisk...
