Good VGA card with TV out?

Hi I`m looking for a VGA card that has a good TV out. Anyone have any ideas. Needs to be able to output PAL to something like an lcd screen or something. Isa or pci I don`t mind as its not for a power hungry box. I am looking at building an MP3 box.
I have heard about a Trident PCI card with tvout but can`t find one anywhere, I`m looking at others so suggestions are needed as I`m stuck.
