Every 2 weeks or so my PC goes haywire-icons on desktop flashing, programs opening up un prompted, typing awry. I have checked for MSblast virus and it is not in files, but IS in registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg\windows auto update
twice, as msblast and msblast.exe(which is in statrt up config. AVG told me that the latter would cause no problem and to leave it, but what about the msblast should I delete them?
Advise please. Pete

go to nortons site and dowload the blaster removal tool.
that will take care of it.

easier to find---go to www.sarc.com and click on the removal tools.
