What OS? Does it scroll like that everywhere? Int. Exp., Wind. Exp., E-mail, etc...

So one scroll notch up or down makes your page scroll more than it should?

My thoughts also.

Do you have software for your mouse to adjust the rate of scroll?

How many # of lines at a time do you have scrolling set to?

If those numbers are lines per scroll then you need to go down to something like 3 to 5.

Ahh...you were talking about 100 reports per second, mine is at 100 and scrolling is just fine.

Has it always done this or did it just recently start? Also, as Bill mentioned, do you have any mouseware installed?

Have you tried removing the mouse from your hardware profile and letting windows detect it again? Sort of like "clearing the buffers" so to speak.
