The MSI board is rated for up to 166MHz FSB. So yes, doing that with your Duron is possible. Whether or not the BIOS has anything for FSB adjustments beyond that, I'm not sure. I imagine that since it is based on the nForce2 chipset, you could probably get more than that out of it, if you buy good memory.
The MSI board looks pretty good. And the onboard video is definately a good bang for the buck with these boards.
