cut -through or store and forward?

Hey, i am starting up a net cafe, and when i came to purchasing a switch i found myself between a rock and a hard place.

You see my boggle is this:

The industry standard of cut-through switches are quite expensive being around the $3000 - $5000 range, with brands like cisco included in that range. But when i look at the Store and Forward i find an abundance of models and prices.

Should i get the $600 store and forward netgear FS524, 24 port switch? i'm looking for performance here. because its going to be a gaming net cafe.

I have a bit of experience in networking just finished my CCNA and cut-through seems like it would hav e a large performance increaase compared to CRC checking store and forward. hmmm see my boggle now???

Thanks for your feedback.
