Diamond Viper Help?

i have a diamond viper 770, i think its the 4x version, it wont work in my new soyo kt400 mobo which only supports 1.5v, according to the picture on soyos website the card is supposed to be 1.5v cuz it has 3 gold sections and a registration tab on the end, but with it in the comp wont boot. any one know what i can do?

V770 jumper settings

I have a Viper V770 installed into my Gigabyte mobo right now, and IIRC, I had similar problems. Check to make sure the jumpers on the video card are set right. I was able to Google the video card and somewhere along the line I found the users manual.
