Help me find a mobo!?!?!?!

Ok, my freinds old system died and he gave me his old parts.
Heres what I got to work with:

Intel Tultian 1.3 Ghz
Sound Blaster Live 5.1
USB 2.0 Card
Mini Compaq Case w/300 watt PSU
Generic 56x DVD-ROM
TDK 16X10X32 CD-RW
AMD HSF good for Athlon XP 2000+

heres what I plan to buy for it

Connect 3d 9600np
512 mb pc133
40 gb HDD

heres what I need help with. I need a Tultian MoBo that only has 3 pci slots and one agp. Overclocking ability would be great. (I heard the Tultian can be good up to 1.7 ghz). I've looked like nuts and have yet to find any Socket 370 mobo let alone one good for OC'ing. I'd be willing to pay between 50-$65 for one. Im trying to build a system on the cheap and have it for a bud who comes over to lanparty but either has a sucky system or for some reason can't bring there's over. Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

Unfortunately I don't have any tips on a specific motherboard. However, just remember that if the new motherboard supports a different type of RAM (such as RDRAM or DDR) and not SDRAM like you intended to buy), you will have to make adjustments.

Also, unless otherwise noted, you don't want to use that AMD HSF for an intel processor.

http://www.axiontech.com/prdt.php?src=PW&item=9209

I might would call and make sure of the board revision number for this one----> http://www.axiontech.com/prdt.php?item=11984 cuz looking at intels site, it is possible that only certain revisions take the tualatin http://www.intel.com/support/motherb...fv/fv_proc.htm

http://www.axiontech.com/prdt.php?item=13169

http://www.atacom.com/program/atacom..._77&Pagecode=1|MB3F&ADD=MB3F_INTE_15_U4&DIFF=89508&USER_ID=www again, check the rev# by phone first http://www.intel.com/design/motherbd/ea2/ea2_proc.htm

When you look at those charts, the celerons with the 256cache are the tualatins.

There are some boards out there, you just hafta sorta dig a little.

Or do searches for intel 815 chipset etc...or searches for fcpga-2.

lol. tualitan ddr boards are prolly harder to find hehe.

They would be ApolloPro 266t chipsets. (and other chipsets too)Like all the expensive supermicro boards. And maybe only 3-5% better thruput etc.

A review of some tualatin boards http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.html?i=1512

http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu...-tualatin.html

long list of board reviews, you could pick thru it and probably find some cool stuff http://www.hothardware.com/reviews.shtml
