Wireless Point-to-Point Help

We currently have two buildings with a point-to-point T1 that we want to replace with a wireless connection.

The buildings are about 1/2 a mile apart with a clear line of sight. What equipment are we going to need to replace the T1? Routers? Bridges? What standard should we use? 802.11b, or 802.11g?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
