decapo is on a distinguished road
Systems PC Network prob
Two machines, both running XP. One boots to a blue screen with
unmountableboot volume on, the other boots to a blank screen.

Anyone have this happen?

So what did you do about it.

I managed to solve the blank screen problem but the unmountable problem still persists.

Was this machine recently working? Is this the original drive? Did you change anything recently? Is this the only drive in this machine and how is it partitioned? Is it formatted NTFS or FAT32? Is it dynamic or basic?

unmountable boot volume... I recreated the partitions then reimaged the OS (I believe it was a virus problem originally).

You may also get this error if you stuck a dynamic disk from one pc into a different one.
