Will my Mobo run this AGP Card?

Hi,

I am using this Mobo http://www.arstechnica.com/reviews/3...se6/se6-1.html and would like to know if it will support a GeForce4 MX 440-8X 128Mb DDR+TV Card.

Cheers

It should, most cards are backwards compatible.

EDIT - Here's a little reviewage/comparison of the 440MX 8X w/ some other cards.

Send a message via AIM to lost-and-found
like ER said it should run. I've only had problems running 2x/4x cards on a 1x AGP system, but running 8xAGP cards on a 4xAGP bus was not yet a problem for me

8x cards MUST be backwards compatible to 4x mainboards. Fear not.
