Did you build this system up yourself or did you buy it prebuilt from a shop? You could inform the shop as it could well be a hardware problem. What temps is your cpu getting?

I had XP Home and it crashed on me frequently, but not as frequent as yours. After I had Pro installed I havent had a problem. Maybe you can try XP Pro?

What kind of ram is it? Maybe adding .1v to the ram might help.

You're avoiding my question. Who manufactures your ram? My friend's box used some generic TCWO ram and it locked up similiarily like yours, and adding the .1 to the VDIMM cured everything.
