ntdll.dll error in XP

How can you replace the ntdll.dll file in Windows XP system 32 file? I keep getting this error on an older version program whenever I try to reinstall fonts. I have several fonts that are in the windows font folder but when I use Microsoft Word or AmiPro these fonts do not show and when I delete them from the folder and reinstall them PrintShop gives the error ntdll.dll in windows system32. I have 2 versions of ntdll.dll. The one in system32 is 5.1.2600.1106 and the one in I386 is 5.1.2600.0. The only way I can get PrintShop to work again is to restore my computer to the point before I reinstalled the fonts which means that those fonts can't be used. What can I do to fix this? How can I get my computer to recongize all the fonts and not get the ntdll.dll error in PrintShop?
