How to disable WinFast From Startup

Can someone please help? I have WinFast TV 2000XP Deluxe and just want to prevent it from loading into memory when I start my computer.

I hate having to unload it after every startup. I've looked everywhere in the options but no luck. I also sent an email to Leadtek about two weeks ago but never heard anything from them.

Thank you very much for your help.
