Any AGP4x or above card should work in that motherboard.
Depending on what your gonna be using it for depends on what sorta card you should buy...
At the moment, king of the hill for games would be ATI radeon 9800 pro series. If your just gonna be using it for office apps/internet ONLY, then ya could look at something cheaper like a Geforcefx5200, geforce4 mx, radeon 9000/9100/9200 etc... This will play games "ok", but not real good... If your after good gaming performance, but not overthe top pricing, maybe look at geforce4 ti4600, radeon 9500/9600/9700 (the later probably be the better choices as they are all dx9 hardware, which will help in future games)

thanx jayman, i will be using this for alot of gameing and internet , ive been lookig at the ati 9600pro or the nvidia 5200 ultra maybe the 5600 ultra. um also the nvidia ti 4200 8x version i like it cuz the price and that it has a 256-bit core most are 128-bti floting point somthing or other but it doesnt have dx9 support i dont think i mean it might have 8.1 support but then agina all im running on now is a diamond viper 32mb it blows it gets choppy on warcraft3 but thats running on dx9 cuz i dl dx9 adn its still running, my budget is 200 to 220 or so cant afford much after 200

ok, u've said ya wanna play hl2 & doom3, stay away from the 5200's! They are budget cards and will not handle these games too well...
I'm not sure where abouts you are, so dunno what prices are like there. But i'd reckomend ya look at the radeon series, 9600pro, 9500pro, 9700, 9700pro should all play hl2 & doom3 pretty well (i've put in order from worst to best, in my opinion that is).
edit: the gf5600ultra is an alright card... And should be ok for hl2 & doom3, but i think you will get better "bang for ya buck" with one of the radeon cards i mensioned above. Same deal goes with the gf5900ultra, another nice card... But performance doesn't match its price IMO...
