Radeon9600 Shutdown my system

I ever post this problem before and i thought it was solved now problem happens again
I previously used 8SR533 (SIS645)
Ram: 640Mb DDR333
CPU: P4 2.4B
Mouse: A4tech Optical
DirectX9

The problem is after installing fresh copy of WindowsXP and all of systems drivers (except driver for RD9600), everythings seems stable once new driver downloaded from ATI's homepage Catalyst3.8 is installed, when trying to load 3D games or 3Dmark03 my system reboots!! sometime even shutdown.

Now I bought new M/B ASUS P4P800 thought that it would solve that problem but it didn't. I have to remove the display driver so that I could comfortably search for information.

Sometime it reboots on right click! really I have to live with fear of the self reboot somehow like a time bomb.

Please suggest any possible idea, Thank you.

I bought an ATI 7000 and switch monitors and my PC wouldn't even boot up. Exchanged it for a PNY N Vidia card and have used it a a few different builds with out any problems.

Hey Im sorry to intrude on this post but I am doing similiar. I have ME going to XP I have Ati Wonder vE I dont think its compatible with XP> So I brought All in Wonder 9700 Pro I want to capture video to internet. Can I use both cards? Is 9700 Pro good how about winnov vidam card? Can i use 2 combined..one is needed for work. How do I also do a 2 montior set up wjat do i need?
