Ok I've posted my site here about fifty times here it is again, http://www.gamershdq.com

I have it fully up and now I want to know if you guys have any suggestions about how I can get people to join the site and get it running.

You need to advertise it so that people know about it...seeing that it isn't the only gamers forum that people have posted about here...what does yours have to offer that the others do not.

On another note...to be honest...I do not like your first page...the one with the "Enter Here" button...I would consider dropping that and making the page that it takes you to the start page. Or at least offer something on the start page...

I don't think you should make people register just to view it. That's kinda like stopping people at the door of a store asking them to give their phone number and address just to come in and look around.

I don't even look twice at sites like that.

Here's my suggestions.

Get rid of the splash page with the Enter button. It serves absolutely no purpose, will hurt your search rankings, and just annoys anyone who goes to your site regularly.

Open up the web site. Right now you must register before you can do ANYTHING -- forums, downloads, etc. Why should someone register for your site when they can't even see what it is? If you want to make them register before they can contribute, fine -- but don't make them register just to look.

Look at the very first line of text on the site: "Ok we have allowed to have three clans for the site." You must spell check and grammer check EVERYTHING on your site.

Ok I made everything so peeps can see the whole site without being a member. Now as for the main intro i have to edit it so it puts 3 links...main site, cod clan, halo clan
