Macintosh Quadra replacement

Hi Guys i am new to this Forum and think it is great. I have a question for you guys i have a Quadra 650 which has a linotype hell rip card installed in it to run a Linotronic image setter the problem my Quadra is giving up and cant find any spares for it, So i got hold of a newer Macintosh only to find out that the connector on the mainboard are different. My question is the does the Macintosh Perfoma use the same mainboard as the Quadra as i can get hold of a used one.

Thanking you all in advance Banda.

Welcome to TechIMO!

What model Performa did you get? I think the Quadras had NuBus slots instead of PCI slots, so it might be hard to find a decent NuBus mac. Browse around this site. They should have replacement motherboards, and check here for info on your model of Mac.
