Streaming Video and WMP

Windows Media Player plays streamin .wmv files after buffering for a few seconds.

Anyone have any idea where these .wmv are stored in case one needs to save them?

TIA.

Last time I use WMP for that purpose I had the same problem, where did they go?
Finally found them under the 'My Music' file in docs.
How are why the ended up there, no idea.

With this utility, you can specify the download path.

Really neat to save streaming videos.

I actually think .wmv are crap since they only gave me serious problems and I always got confused. MP3's are much better
Glad you found help since I didnt have an answer to your question

dan

*Edit* Ops, these were about video files, my fault

I've found a very good web-site.
Not only HiNetRecorder, Streambox VCR, CocSoft StreamDown are mentioned there, but almost all the other streaming video recorders available. There is a great list of them and I don't think it's good to mention some links here. Just visit http://emoney.al.ru/capture-streaming-video-and-audio/
