What can i use this system for?!

Hey guys.
Just a quick question for all of you. I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 8500 Laptop, and i have my old "rig" sitting here and i have no idea what use it has. I have considered selling it, and had a few offers on it, but i'd rather put it to good use myself...but...i'm not exactly sure what to use it for. I am using my new dell as my main system, should i just get rid of this extra system.....or what can i use it for?!?! Any opinions are more than welcome....Thank yeah!

You could use it for distributed computing.

if the rig has of no use to you anymore, donate it to a school or something.. if you intend to sell, it may not cost that much..
