style sheet design help

Hey all,
Just starting to really start to understand cascading style sheets and use them more in my site designs.
I'm looking for a webpage, that would list all the attributes and properties you could set with style sheets and preview how it would look. Just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this before I try and make one.

Hard to explain, but it would have a bunch of sample text elements. Then it would have a whole form of check boxes, text boxes, radio buttions, whatever, that would select different things.
That way you could fiddle with border widths, border colors, text and background colors. Hover links, that type of thing.

Even a visual designer program would be nice. But, with a few different google searches I didn't turn up anything promising.

here's the two that I use most often but they don't have the dynamic visual feature(?) that you described

although in the past I've came across sites that did have that feature, but don't have any bookmarked!

and I guess theres always W3 but it's a bit to indepth for me!
