A Problem with Windows 95........

hey guys and gals

i have an OLD spare computer (P133, win 95, 3 gb hd, ect, ect) and when i started it up today it wouldnt go into windows.....it would stop at the startup screen and not go anywhere. anybody know what can be done? reformat? throw it out the window? any feedback would be greatly appreciated. c ya
