Outdoors voodoo 3 on windows xp home edition problems

Yesterday I installed deer hunter 5 on my system, ops is win xp home edition, of course i am experiencing all kinds of video problems . I have a voodoo 3 card. I know somethings not compatible. Can anybody out there suggest a driver or anything else i can do to fix these problems.

If you are forced to login, type the following:

login: drivers
password: all

That should help! (although I would seriously consider upgrading to a new video card)

Definetely looks like video driver problem. Listen to Martoch's advice and see if it works. maybe that video card is not totally compatible with Windows XP and thats why you are experiencing problems.

That was my FIRST video card. I bought it for $100 at circuit city when I was 14. Then overclocked it from 166mhz to 220 in a swift slider+apply fashion. No additional cooling required. From then on, all my games froze...

Now i'm 20 and I got a 9800 Pro. ...man.....that is a big jump in techNgames now that I think about it.

Apologies if offtopic....hehe nostalgic memories of that card and all the fun benchmarking we had.
