Install Radeon 9100?

I just got a ATI/SAPPHERE RAdeon 9100 128MB AGP card
to replace my old 4MB PCI video card.

SYstem:
FIC AN11 (VIA KT266A chipset)
AMD XP 1700+
2X256MB PC2100

however, after taking out the PCI card, and putting the AGP card inside, I got no POST when I powered on the computer!!!!

Could anyone help me????

Thanks!!!!!

Put the PCI back in go to BIOS look for a setting called "Init Display First" thats what its called on most Award & Phoenix Bios, set it from PCI to AGP and sve n exit then turn off comp put in AGP card and turn on, should work then.
