reporting spam to ARIN?

Does anybody know if reporting spam to arin will do any good? I have recently been bombarded with junk from a single company that has been allocated xx.xx.0.0 to xx.xx.63.255. I called their telephone number and asked what they do and they stated "We are email marketers." Now why on earth would "email marketers" be allowed to have that many IPs at their disposal? To me that is just nuts considering there aren't enough to go around legitimately

i dont think ARIN would do anygood, but spamcop might do something http://www.spamcop.net/

There is also a gov. sponsered address to send spam. It used used as evidence if they prosecute a related spammer. I send nearly 400 emails a day there (so I hope it will help someday soon). I'll post the link tomorrow when at work.
