Isn't Girder just the software? Don't you need the actual remote itself?
I have the ATI AIW VE myself, and I got the Keyspan Digital Media Remote. It's great for what I do. It does not have number keys on it though. It's an IR receiver that plugs into a USB port. It does have its own girder-like software that lets you define application-specific functions (you assign keystrokes to the buttons on the remote, but you can assign different keystrokes for different applications).
