Gaming acrord32 Error

I have a client experiencing the acrord32 caused an error message and referencing a toolhelp.dll file - this is only happening when she prints and she has to to reboot everytime it happens.

I can't find much information about this particular error - any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Tina

Yes, its adobe acrobat. Tina, do you have adobe installed? Maybe you need the latest version of it?

Hi John,

I apologize for the lack of detail on the printer. She just bought it (much to my surprise) but I would imagine it's the LaserJet 4200. It was happening on her old printer as well - so it doesn't appear to be from the install of the new one.

Yes, now we're getting somewhere - she was printing from Adobe. On the initial phone call it was stated that it happens in different appliations.

try reinstalling the latest adobe reader. this should install the correct files. Sounds like one of them is corrupted.

Thanks John for keeping an eye on this thread. I truly appreciate your help and the help of others.

I suggested she download the newest version, remove the old copy, and re-install the new download. We'll see if she continues to have those problems.

I'm going out there next week to look at some other problems, so I'll try printing from Adobe to make sure it doesn't happen anymore.

Thanks again!!

Tina
