ATI TV WONDER VE video display problems

I'd appreciate if anyone can help me out here. I just installed the ATI TV WONDER card and it's great, all except one thing, there are two fuzzy lines about a third of the way in the video feed, and about 2/3rds the way through, they look like interference but I've tried everything from reinstalling the drivers, the encoders, the display drivers, even switching to my old on board video card, I'm currently using a Gforce card as my primary display. If anyone can tell sme how in the heck to get rid of these lines I would appreciate it, I can live with them I'd just prefer not to if I don't have to
